Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase. If the curriculum isn't working for your family, you can request a full refund within 14 days.

We'd rather have a happy family who tells a friend than an unhappy one who feels stuck.

Email us within 14 days of your purchase with:

• Your order number or the email used at checkout
• A brief note about why it didn't work for your family

We'll process your refund within 3–5 business days. The refund goes back to your original payment method.

Refunds are not available for:

• Purchases made more than 14 days ago
• Requests after files have been extensively used in a co-op or shared setting (violates our Terms)
• Change of mind after the 14-day window

Note: Since our products are digital downloads, we cannot "retrieve" them. We rely on honesty and trust — please don't request a refund if you've used the full curriculum and simply finished it.

If a file is corrupted, a link is broken, or audio doesn't play, contact us for an immediate replacement — no refund needed. We'll send working files within 24 hours.
